Fia Sonora combines mindful, flowing yoga with the power of nature. Breathe deeply, feel the earth beneath you and find inner balance. The mountains give you clarity, the meadows invite you to let go, the wind revitalises your senses. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, mountain yoga is for everyone who wants to leave everyday life behind and harmonise body, mind and soul!
