Cross-country skiing demands the whole body and is the appropriate sport for perfect endurance training. Hardly any other sport strengthens muscles and joints so much and yet is easy on them. The cross-country ski run in Unterberg is ideal for beginners, but also for the sporty runner. Open from December when snow conditions are good. This winter you can additionally do a few laps on our sports field track with floodlighting every Thursday and Sunday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The use of the cross-country ski run Unterberg is free of charge.
