Landhaus-Appartement Schwarzgütl offers several apartments ranging from 37 m2 to 60 m2 in size. If required, room no. 5 can be booked as an extra room sleeping two additional persons. In total, the four apartments can accommodate 2 to 6 persons. The apartments are bright and very tastefully appointed: The colourful interior creates a cheerful and harmonious atmosphere. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and dishwasher as well as tableware and tea towels. For a holistic holiday experience, you will receive a 10% discount on all treatments at the Radon Thermal Vapour Bath in Bad Gastein. After an active day, guests can enjoy pampering massages or relax in the sauna in the basement of the Schwarzgütl. The treatments are designed to replenish your mind, body and soul, and include remedial massages and aroma oil energy treatments. Facilities include a garage and a modem connection.

Lage der Unterkunft
Landhaus-Appartement Schwarzgütl liegt abseits vom Trubel, im naturbelassenen Wieden. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle – Oberhaitzing – gehen Sie eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß, also wäre ein eigenes Auto hier von Vorteil.

Die Appartements von Schwarzgütl sind zwischen 37 m2 und 60 m2 groß, bei Bedarf kann das Zimmer 5 noch hinzugebucht werden und bietet noch extra Schlafplätze für zwei Personen. Insgesamt haben in den Appartements 2 bis 4 Personen Platz. Die Appartements sind hell und sehr charmant eingerichtet: Das farbenfrohe Interieur verspricht einen fröhlichen und harmonischen Aufenthalt. Die Küchenzeile ist voll ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler sowie Geschirr und Wäsche. Aber nicht nur die Einrichtung ist harmonisierend und ganzheitlich, sie erhalten als Hausgast auch 10% Rabatt auf alle Behandlungen im Radon - Thermal - Dunstbad in Bad Gastein. Im Untergeschoss des Hauses können Sie sich aber bereits mit Massagen verwöhnen, oder den aktiven Sporttag in der Sauna ausklingen lassen. Es wird hier auch für seelisch-mentales Wohlergehen gesorgt, denn zum breiten Wellnessangebot gehören auch Heilmassagen und Aromaöl-Energie-Behandlungen.
