From 27 to 30 June 2019, the adidas INFINITE TRAILS World Championships will take place in Gastein, in the province of Salzburg. Would you like to experience the World Championships as a visitor and fan?

For visitors, spectators and day-trippers who want to experience a world-championship event in person, or who simply want to go hiking in Gastein, you definitely should consider the adidas INFINITE TRAILS Combo Ticket. For just 15,50 euros, you will be able to ride up and down the mountain on the Graukogel lift and the Stubnerkogel lift. This Combo Ticket is available at the Graukogel & the Stubnerkogel valley station.
The Alpen Arena in Bad Hofgastein will be the start and finish. With a DJ, announcers, video walls, LED displays and light installations, it is certain to turn into a witch’s cauldron. On Saturday, 29 June at 4 p.m., the Loop1 runners from the relay teams will begin the race in a pursuit start. The time intervals will be determined by the team’s performance at the Prologue event on the Schlossalm on Thursday, 27 June.
It will definitely be worth getting up early, since the pursuit start is certain to be thrilling. In addition, it will be a great opportunity for spectators and fans to experience the stars of the trail-running scene up close and personal, to cheer on participants and soak up the World Championship atmosphere.
UBy 6:45 a.m., the fastest runners will already be expected back at the Alpen Arena in Bad Hofgastein. By 12:15, the transition for the third and final loop will be taking place. And by 4 p.m., the race leaders will already be enjoying their lap of honor before being crowned World Champions in the Alpen Arena. The deadline for racers to cross the finish line’s is 1 o’clock in the morning. Needless to say, all finishers deserve to be celebrated.
At the Congress Center as well as the waterfall in Bad Gastein, you will be right next to the racing action. At this hot spot, too, there will be a sports announcer as well as a DJ to add to the entertainment value.
In the mood for the highest hut breakfast in Salzburger Land? Begin your day at the Graukogelhütte with a sumptuous meal. For spectators, a sports announcer and DJ guarantee an unbeatable atmosphere until late in the afternoon.
On the Stubnerkogel, the Loop 2 runners will already have a marathon and over 3000 vertical meters in their legs, certain to be aching for some additional support from the fans.
On Loop 3, Dorfgastein will also be hosting its bein.hoat Weisswurst Party on Saturday afternoon. Children are also certain to have a great time, able to choose between a play fort, bouncy castle, climbing tower and more.
