They still exist: these experiences that you never forget. Berg:Klassik - a classical evening concert at 2,066 metres above sea level.
Under the direction of Elisabeth Fuchs, 40 musicians from the Salzburg Philharmonic Orchestra and harpist Katharina Kubatta will make the mountain and the firmament resound. The programme includes great, catchy works. Schubert's masterful "Unfinished Symphony" is one of the most frequently performed symphonies, as is Bruckner's "Romantic Symphony". The latter contains numerous nature motifs, and where better to show them off than in the very place that inspired them? In nature itself. At the mountain station of the Schlossalm cable car and surrounded by imposing peaks such as Mauskarspitze and Hirschkarspitze, concert guests enjoy a dreamlike evening of music.
Ascent: 5.30 - 6.30 pm with the Schlossalmbahn for concert guests comfortably and exclusively free of charge.
