Starting at the Gastein Museum, the path leads you over the waterfall bridge to the Straubingerplatz, the old historic main square of Bad Gastein. Where once spa guests arrived by horse carriages a new square will be created in the next few years by revitalizing the hotels. The hike takes you through the thermal spring park and thematically from the discovery of the healing springs to the spa of today. After visiting the Preimskirche, the tour ends with a highlight: a visit to the early Gothic St. Nicholas Church.
