Location of the accommodation
Our Gruber guesthouse is situated in Böckstein, district of Bad Gastein, at the heart of the Salzburger Land. Located only 9 minutes away from the lift of the Sportgastein skiing area by car, our house is the ideal place to spend a winter vacation full of powder snow and ski touring pleasures. In summer, Sportgastein transforms into a relax oasis that is characterised by its nature idyll and fresh mountain air. Experience a spa stay and the soothing effect of Gastein’s radon gallery that is only 1km away. You will also find relaxation in the Felsentherme spa Bad Gastein that you can reach within a few minutes only. Level promenades that lead right past our accommodation are ideal for romantic walks with your dog.

Description
Our Verde double rooms that are held in apple-green and orange feature big flat TVs and cosy seating. Purple is the dominating colour in our Alpine Modern studios, where you will additionally find another cosy living area as well as a kitchenette. Classic grey and berry are the characteristic shades of our Hotel Appartements, where you can resort to a separate bed and living room, or use a bedroom with separate children's room. Your pets are welcome here with us as well and receive their own refuge on request.
We offer a savoury breakfast buffet with everything you could desire, allowing you to start your day strengthened. After an active skiing day, you can unwind in our relax area with Finnish sauna and infrared cabin, while your kids divert themselves playing foosball in the hobby area. In summer, you can let the days end in the large garden.

Winter in Gastein
A dream backdrop with white summits and fresh powder snow awaits you when skiing or winter hiking in Bad Gastein. Pure romance can be experienced during a horse sleigh ride through the Keutschachtal or when cross-country skiing on our extensive cross-country skiing trails.

Summer in Gastein
Hiking with your dog, Nordic Walking, cycling or golfing at Gastein’s golf club – summer in Bad Gastein does not leave any wishes unfulfilled. After an exciting holiday on Gastein’s summits you can unwind when visiting the Felsentherme spa or Alpentherme thermal spa.
