Joie de vivre in motion: Bad Hofgastein dances at the Village People Festival! On Thursday 3rd July 2025, the Kaiser Franz Platz in Bad Hofgastein will be the stage for a very special event: the (new) Village People Festival.

 From 7.30 pm to 10 pm, dance enthusiasts and lovers of dance music can look forward to an evening full of movement, joy and music in the centre of the village. This unique event as part of Tanz:Fest Gastein brings together dance professionals, beginners and spectators alike: from professional rueda and line dance lessons to rousing dance music, there is something for everyone!

 The Village People Festival is not only a celebration of dance, but also an expression of the special connection between guests and locals. Kaiser Franz Platz in the centre of town becomes a meeting place that focuses on the diversity and warmth of Bad Hofgastein.

If the weather doesn't play ball, the festival moves to the stylish Kursaal Bad Hofgastein. Admission is free - a perfect occasion to be there!
