Jütz - Traditional music interpreted differently

Musical enjoyment by the trio "Jütz" including almtapas on the Graukogelalm.

The trio, half from Switzerland and half from Tyrol, respectfully preserves a long cultivated tradition of alpine folk music and creates "mountain sound with internationality" (Salzburger Nachrichten). The musicians encounter folkloric songs while incorporating the local, immediate here and now. The musical paths cross various regional dialects and tonal colourings, the boundaries between tradition, classical music and contemporary elements are fluid.
