Welcome to the summit of delights! Six award-winning chefs provide culinary delights at the "Skihauben" at selected Gastein ski huts!

In the midst of the Hohe Tauern, at the very top of the Gastein ski huts, indulgence is at home - from hearty goulash soup to sweet Germknödel with vanilla sauce. So far, so familiar. But with the Gastein ski hoods, the stopover becomes a real culinary highlight away from the well-known hut classics. From the beginning of the season, a hood dish can be ordered at selected huts throughout the winter. On to the Salzburg culinary tour in the Gasteiner ski mountains! 


Outstanding dishes from six toque chefs
In the 2021/22 winter season, the aroma of refined dishes will once again fill the air at selected ski huts in the Gastein ski area. Of fried fish and tender meat, of creative vegetarian dishes and sweet desserts that make gourmet hearts beat faster. No wonder, when six toque chefs are responsible for the menu!

Every day a different gourmet dish

Thanks to the Gastein Ski Toques, our winter guests can enjoy a different gourmet dish every day of the week, simultaneously getting to know a different hut. You see, each hut serves a different dish, which has been prepared according to a recipe created by its own adopted toque-awarded chef. This offer is really popular with diners, not least because of the unbeatable price: No "Ski Toque" dish ever costs more than 20 euro. Let's by all means give goulash soup and hot dogs their dues - but who could possibly resist an offer like this?
