- Living area 145m2 for 8 people
- On the elevated ground floor, a large living room with chaise longue and cozy sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), with satellite TV and radio/CD player
- A bright veranda with an inviting dining table for 10 people
- The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, built-in oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, drip coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, an additional rustic wood stove, and a table for 5 people
- A guest toilet and a storage room
- On the upper floor, two bright bedrooms for 2-4 persons each, with a double bed and a Joka sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) as well as a small bathroom with shower and toilet
- In the lower ground floor, the small wellness area with infrared cabin, shower, and sink
- The laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and ironing station
- A guest toilet
- And the ski room
- In the garden, a sunny seating area, grill, loungers, badminton, outdoor shower, sandbox, and swing; in winter, a small toboggan hill, sledges, and children's snow shovels
- And additionally free Wi-Fi, electric heating, and partly underfloor heating
