Our farm is located quietly yet right in the heart of Dorfgastein. A bakery, several shops, and cozy taverns are just a few steps away – perfect for your daily shopping and culinary discoveries. You can also reach the Dorfgastein mountain lifts within just a few minutes on foot.

Description

We offer rooms and one-bedroom apartments, mostly with direct balconies and a beautiful view of the Gastein mountain world. The rooms are equipped with lovingly preserved farmhouse furniture, shower, toilet, television, and Wi-Fi.
The original wooden ceiling, the natural floors, and the warm-hearted furnishings give each room that typical rural charm as you enter, inviting instant relaxation.

In the morning, we spoil you in our cozy guest room with a hearty breakfast – including homemade bread, fresh milk, and homemade jams.
You can of course park your car free of charge in our farm parking lot.

The Wengeralm – an Experience in Summer and Winter

You can easily reach our Wengeralm, which is open year-round, using the nearby cable car. From the middle station, a well-maintained forest path leads directly up to the hut.
If you're looking for something more challenging, take on the demanding mountain bike trail from the valley up to the Alm. Once at the top, we welcome you with warm hospitality, fresh milk, and homemade delicacies. Enjoy the tranquility and let yourself be enchanted by the lush green alpine meadows, the wide views, and the lovely circular hiking trails.

Winter in Gastein

Whether it’s leisurely winter hiking, sporty ski touring, skiing, or cross-country skiing – the Salzburger Land offers everything to make your winter heart flutter.
With the Fulsecker peak cable car, you can quickly reach the family-friendly ski area of Großarltal, where you can perfect your turns on clear snowy days.
To recharge, our Wengeralm is waiting right at the family run with a hearty lunch and good atmosphere.

Summer in Gastein

For families, the lovingly designed themed hiking trails around Dorfgastein are ideal. After a nice hike, enjoy the warm summer days at the free solar bath Dorfgastein. Another highlight is the suspension bridge at Stubnerkogel, which offers breathtaking views over the Salzburger Land.
