Only a few kilometers uphill, away from Bad Gastein, in the middle of an alpine meadow, lies the apartment house with an impressive view of the Gastein Valley. The recently renovated apartment house offers rustic living with amenities.
Bad Gastein and the mountain scenery of the National Park Hohe Tauern always remains in a panoramic view: located directly on the ski slopes of Graukogel in winter and surrounded by fragrant flower meadows in summer. The farm is located at 1.300 m and offers authentic furnishings – a feel-good place for a cozy and comfortable vacation on a farm. The beautiful natural landscape of the Gastein Valley is always in view.
A relaxed day at Schachengut begins with a joint breakfast. In the evenings we gather at the panoramic cinema on the balcony with the sunset over Kreuzkogel. The fragrance of the ancient stone pine trees on Graukogel is soothing for both body and soul. At Schachengut apartment house you have access to a communal kitchen with stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. For all guests who have booked breakfast, the breakfast is served in the beautiful wooden room.
Vom Bahnhof Bad Gastein ca. 300m weiter Richtung Böckstein, vor der Bahnüberführung links abbiegen, sofort wieder rechts neben dem gelben Wohnblock rauffahren. Straßenende, links über die Brücke (Güterweg Schachen), nach 2 Serpentinen bei Abzweigung rechts in die Sackgasse.
