Last year, tens of thousands of visitors at the Sound&Snow Festival celebrated the opening of the new Schlossalmbahn lift in Bad Hofgastein. A success story that will continue in winter season 2019/20. Bonez MC & RAF Camora
It was almost exactly 3 years ago when hit duo BonezMC & RAF Camora came out with “Palms out of Plastic”, one of the most successful albums of that year, beginning an incredible success story. In the German album charts for over a year, at number one for weeks, multiple platinum status, hundreds of millions of streams, concert venues sold out way in advance. With the release of their first single “500 PS”, the two rappers took less than two weeks to shatter the 3-million-click mark on YouTube and 13 million streams on Spotify.
Kontra K
The second headliner at Sound & Snow Gastein is Kontra K -an absolute superstar of the German rapper scene. Kontra K definitely has nothing to do with the standard Gangsta Rap drivel. He gives German rap a whole new perspective. Kontra K writes about himself and his life, yet his rapidly growing fan base has zero problem recognizing itself in his lyrics. And that identification is the secret to his success.
