Information about the Event:
The children benefit from the movement and relaxation of yoga. They become bravely strong and secure. Yoga can help children to create islands of calm. Children's perception is trained and they learn to deal with emotions better. Children's yoga promotes good posture and increases the ability to concentrate. Tendons, muscles and joints are stretched and relaxed.
