- Swimming in thermal water bathing lake 150 m (3 lengths) Starter 1 - Running through the spa park 2x1 km Starter 2 - prone shooting with the biathlon laser rifle (Starter 2; no risk of injury!) - Penalty lap over the 4-lane wave slide per miss (Starter 1)
2-person teams adults 16 years and older 150 m swimming (3 lengths), 2x 1 km running, shooting 2-person teams junior 13-15 years 150 m swimming (3 lengths), 2x 1 km running, shooting Teams of 2 Kids 10-12 years 50 m swimming (1 length), 2x 500 m running, shooting
