- Certain dates (e.g. Christmas) may be excluded from Flexi Cancelation.
- Any deposit you have already made will be refunded by the lodging provider or you are welcome to receive a voucher redeemable for a future stay instead.
- If any of the following situations arise, you may cancel free of charge up to your scheduled arrival day: travel warning covering Austria or Salzburg involving quarantine requirements, border closings, local regional lockdowns, booking is associated with ski or lift operations that are halted (Gasteiner Bergbahnen).
